Shipping

Returns
All sales are final unless the item isn't as described. Disputes are mediated by our team.
Authentication
Tools over $1,000 are routed to bkecomm for verification before delivery. No extra cost to buyers or sellers.
Disputes
Buyers can open a dispute within the escrow window. Funds are frozen until the case is resolved.
Payouts
Paid via Stripe Connect. Funds release after buyer confirmation or 7-day auto-release post-delivery.
